5. Subscription and Cancellation: Subscriptions are billed monthly. To cancel your subscription, notify us at least one month in advance. Cancellations made less than one month in advance may not stop the next month’s billing.

6. Limitations of Liability: BBC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, beyond the amount paid by you for the service in the month during which the claim arose.

BizBox Center Corp (“BBC”) is not a Covered Entity under HIPAA and does not access or handle the content of documents uploaded by customers. However, we understand the sensitivity of client-uploaded materials. Our platform uses encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and audit logging to safeguard data.

If you are a healthcare provider, medical law firm, or any business subject to HIPAA, you are solely responsible for ensuring that any Protected Health Information (PHI) is uploaded, accessed, and stored in compliance with applicable laws.
