Create Shred or Trash

This action is commonly used by virtual mailbox renters to manage their mail items.

1. When you receive an email request, prepare the corresponding mail item.

2. Tap ‘Actions’ at the bottom right of your screen to start, then press the ‘+’ button and select the Shred or Trash option.

3. Mark the service as complete and click ‘Save.’

* A Shred or Trash notification is sent for each mail item. For example, if three items are shredded or trashed at once, the renter will receive three separate notifications.

 

** Shred or Trash notifications are enabled by default. However, if you have deactivated them in the renter’s settings, notifications will not be sent.
