After adding a renter, the next step is to upload mail or packages.
This is the default screen, so it will appear when you first open or refresh the app.
1. Tap ‘Mailroom’ in the middle at the bottom of your screen to start. And press the ‘+’ button to add a new mail item.
2. Select the mailbox number, add any additional information if needed, and click ‘Save.’ The customer associated with that mailbox will then receive a notification.
* In the ‘Note’ section, you can include details such as “in mailbox,” “mailroom,” or “the package arrived damaged” if necessary.
